Every Spark customer is allocated a dedicated Service Delivery Manager (SDM) to personally oversee your order, provisioning requirements and any technical requirements you may have. This SDM is also your first level dedicated support person, should you ever have any operational or technical questions, concerns or requirements.


Once you become a customer/partner of Spark Connect, you will be assigned a Corporate Account Manager who, with at least 10 years industry experience, will provide you with solutions orientated advice and support to make your life easier and allow you to focus on what’s most important to you – your business.


Once you are rolled over to Spark, your dedicated knowledgeable Service Delivery Manager will be your first point of call, backed up by the customer service team to handle any enquiries regarding your services in place, billing and payments. For Customer Service please call 1300 927 305.
